You guys were great overall! The plan, design and installation completely met and exceeded what we expected. We have since contacted you for additional shelving with our closets and were able to work around our schedules to complete this as soon as possible! WOW! I am THRILLED with my new closet. It's what I've always wanted - I LOVE to organize and this closet is just the thing to do it with! The Contemporary Closet installer was here on time, worked diligently, quietly and efficiently and when he was finished, he explained the closet set up to me clearly. He filled in the holes from nails left by my old closet and left the new closet clean as a whistle. Just a short note to let you know we love our new closet! Your design worked like a charm and the installers yesterday did a truly magnificent job. They were quiet like a mouse bringing in everything, never once slamming a door (and you know how that is usually the norm when you have people working at home), putting everything up and cleaning up after they were done. I just wanted to thank you for your efficiency in handling our closet design, order processing, scheduling and installation. The process was handled so smoothly that it seemed almost too easy. It was so considerate of you to think of us, when Saturday scheduling became suddenly available. The crew that was here (I am sorry to say, I don't remember their names.) were so polite and worked so hard, not to mention quickly. I was amazed when they took off their shoes every time they came into the house and had to make the trip upstairs. It was those little details that allowed the installation to be so tolerable. The only downside was of course, having to reload everything back into the closet when they finished!
